First-Time Login Setup

When you log in for the first time, you’ll be prompted to set up Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP).

Enter your username and password as usual

You will be shown a QR code and a secret key

This QR code is used to link your account to an authenticator app.

 Open your preferred authenticator app:

• 📱 Google Authenticator

• 🔒 Authy

• 🧩 Microsoft Authenticator

• 💼 1Password (with TOTP support)

• 💻 Desktop apps (WinAuth, OTP Manager)

 Scan the QR code

In the app, tap “Add Account” → Scan QR Code.
Can’t scan? Enter the provided Secret Key manually.

Enter the 6-digit code

Your app will now generate a rotating 6-digit code.
Type it into ZeoCRM to confirm and complete setup.

✅ Done! You’ve now secured your account with TOTP-based 2FA.
